They played Hamilton about a month or so ago to about 3 people, but they effortlessly charged through their material present on this album with lots of power and passion. It’s a great collection of the Wellington based band’s unique aural blend of reverbed psychadelic dance surf music.
A pretty good 12 track listen, most songs on the album work well together but a couple let down the package. I think it would have been beneficial if they had left off the track “One day I turned into a Spider”. Aside from that, “Your Telepathy”, “Words Can’t Save You” and “Swamp Babe” really get the vibes going and give you a reason to pay attention to what they’ll produce in the future.
